Phoenix Human Psychology (PHP) is located in Düsseldorf, Germany and was founded in 2012 by Adrian Rouzbeh, known as “Phoenix” in the Game. It’s a community in which men and women learn and grow together.

PHP’s Method of teaching their artists is dynamically and three-dimensionally for all situations. Although the Company’s focus is not only on Picking Up women, PHP shows Top Level of Pick-Up Game in every Area (Indirect-, Direct-, Club-, Street-, Dancefloor, Text- and many more).

PHP sees and trains this game as a “Psychological Form of Martial Arts” that not only needs to be learned, but especially needs to be trained continuously to get the right and best results. Similar to Martial Arts, the Artists get graduated in different Degrees, based on the Belt-System from Martial Arts, to reflect the Skill-Set of the Artists.

Phoenix aka Adrian is a Master Pick-Up Artist from Germany. He is also a professional Martial Artist, focused on Luta Livre (e.g. German Grappling Champion with his Team in 2012). Since then he has been coaching men and women in interpersonal psychology. His training focuses not only on pickup but physical and emotional health.

Adrian had a tough and lonely youth where he was abused, bullied and beat up. He was treated like an outcast of society and went through his life as a loner. People acted like friends without him realizing that these people were making use of and threatening him. Another big problem was the other sex. All relationships he began ended in betrayal – even with those persons he met mainly through his so called “friends”. Marked by all of these experiences he began to realize patterns in human behavior. His feeling of failure was deep, but giving up was not an option since it wouldn’t have changed the situation. He began to ask himself basic questions and questioned why people treated him the way they did and why people, especially women, did not welcome him the way he wished.

These experiences made him get into Martial Arts, in order to defend and protect himself. This changed him physically and mentally. The Team Spirit, his trainer’s recognition, the team’s appreciation, and his successes transformed him into a energetic and confident young man who now had a platform for personal strength and growth.

At the same time Adrian started studying psychology with special focus on Social Dynamics and Behavioral Psychology in order to answer his questions. In addition he studied everything existing in the Seduction and Pick-Up Community, and trained adamantly as he would in martial arts. He combined his knowledge of Pick-Up Artistry, with his knowledge of Psychology and his experiences of Martial Arts and brought his Game to a whole other level.  He also advanced his coaching to include Friendship Psychology, Conflict Management, Business Management and much more.

In 2012 he founded his Company Phoenix Human Psychology and started educating on both sexes on how to interact with each other and their inner game. As a result he built a Community in which people learn and grow together (PHP).

He became Germany’s best Pick-Up Artist in 2014 and gives Seminars (also Online), Workshops and Bootcamps in Germany and parts of Europe. His main strengths are his powerful indirect Game, text game and his ability to form spaces and interactions with people as he wishes. About The Author

Todd is one of RSD’s executive instructors whose emphasis on structure, direct breakdown of game mechanics earned him a top spot among RSD’s senior teachers in 2013 and 2014. Guys who are socially less calibrated him his instructions very informative and he’s able to communicate with overly analytical students in a way that gets them out of their head and understanding the actual concepts.

I didn’t like Todd at first. He lacks Tyler’s energy and Julien’s dynamic tonality and deep voice. Nonetheless, after watching his hotseats, I became more and more impressed with his analytical and structure view of the game.

Why Online Game?

Todd explains in his first video that online game should not be a replacement for real game. Nonetheless, it gives you access to hot girls who do not go out to clubs, and also forces you to display your personality and traits via the “online profile”. He explains later on the basic principles of writing a succinct, memorable profile.

Quick Definition: A person who is willing to sell out his long term goals an ideals for momentary comfort on a consistent basis.

Full Definition:

As Tony Robbins correctly stated, short term comfort leads to long term pain. The chocolate bar may taste good now, but it will add to your weight later. Smoking seems cool and fun now, but lung cancer is a terrible way to die. Sure, you can make an excuse not to approach the girl now, however your long term game skills will suffer if you digress for too long.

Food, cigarettes, drugs, laziness are all symptoms of the comfort whore. The comfort whore may be someone you have known for a long term. He’s the same he has been since highschool, while others like yourself has moved on. He can’t leave his “comfort zone” and stays safely within it.

Comfort whores tend to end up not achieving much and not progressing in their pick up skills, for becoming a master social artist takes discipline, skill, and the ability to face fear and the unknown to constantly feel new situations outside of his comfort zone.

Quick Definition: When a guy is jealous of another guy because of some perceived advantage in game or life.

Full Definition:

Menvy exists because jealousy is a basic human emotion. Guys get jealous of each other too. Sometimes, a guy feels that another guy who is better looking gets hotter girls. These jealousies manifest itself subconsciously, and over time, can come out in very unhealthy ways. At 17:00, Tyler talks about how these perceived weaknesses actually force you to learn lifelong skill sets that other guys who “had it” didn’t. A lot of the coolest guys in high school were just that – they peaked in highschool, and never went anywhere after that.

The “stereotype” of the 6 foot tall white male model, while it is reality set according the group-think, can be a “gold at the end of the rainbow” process when we all wish we had the “social permission” to be the coolest looking dude. But in reality, there’s always something that we can do to win. As Kanye west said recently in a GQ magazine interview, “Jay just wins. With me, you see the right, and then the win later, after a lot of drama. With Jay, you just see the wins. I have to be more like him in that aspect.”

If a hot girl rejects you, find another hot girl to make her jealous. Find that 9 or 10 that likes you. Game her properly. Be the man you’re supposed to be. Win.

Quick Definition: Deep focus on one subject in order to reach significant improvement in a skill set

Full Definition:

Have you ever taken salsa class weekly for 3 months, and then after another 3 months, completely forgot most of the steps except the basics?

In certain subjects, we can do 1 hour exercise a day and see long term results. Perhaps a guy is naturally fit to workout – he can do 1 hour workouts 2-3 times a day and see massive gains. Or a child is gifted with the piano and learns quickly. In most areas, we need a period of immersion in order to get significant results from a process. For me, dancing salsa has always been fun, but moving the body and musicality did not come naturally. Over the course of 1 on 1 lessons over 3 months, I gradually improved and now am able to retain 90% of the skills and moves I learned from those 3 months.

Periods of immersion happen in pick up when a guy dedicates part of his live to learning game – going out 3 times a week and recording his interactions and analyzing them. My coach told me to write a field report the very night at 3am, in order to retain the details of what happened that night and the lessons I learned.

Unlike video games, with built-in game mechanics (at least, the good ones), most skills are a pain to do consistently in the beginning. But as you start the process, more joy come to you in the process of dance, singing, learning a new language, learning coding, or whatever it may be, that you eventually can’t do without it. Over time, certain hurdles and boundaries are reached, and during any period of immersion, the man should be able to have at least 1-2 significant breakthroughs and change in character.

Quick Definition: Usually the last 1-2 hours of the nightlife in a major city, where drunk and horny girls are most abundant

Full Definition:

There are certain moments in the night where girls are more prone to being “pulled”. Usually, this is when they have had an emotional “spike”, such as being drunk or dancing or having guys hit on the mall night. The constant drama and emotion usually reaches a peak, and it is during this time that most girls are more easily pulled into sex than other times of the night.

Most Girls are more prone to being pulled during the last 1-2 hours of club time in your major cities

Based on in field experience, most RSD (and other coaches) have advocated pull game near bar closing time (1:30am – 2:00am). It is still possible to pull before that, but be aware that each night has a certain momentum and usually the pul lrate is higher during pull o’lock times in certain cities. In California, the closing time is at 2am, and this is good because Julien explains, “I can go out at 1:30am and pull and get a good night’s sleep, instead of staying up until 5am in Miami”

Quick Definition: Refers to the rate of time spent with another person over time and the intensity of the interaction (level of exposure)

Full Definition:

A girl’s exposure to your lifestyle and real value happens over time. In fact, if you show her everything too quickly, she may lose interest unless your social value is significantly higher than hers. A hot girl usually has many options every weekend and  she’s going to choose the best one for herself. If you are popping bottles at a club, she may be into that, but if another guy is renting out a whole boat party and has higher value (richer friends), she may prefer that instead. A really hot girl may hear of you one night as the host, and see you another night out with another girl. Over time, she will start to get more exposure to you. As long as the exposure is comfortable and perceived as high social status, she will become more attracted to you over time.

The concept of exposure rate is important to 9 and 10 game, whereby their social circle and life is full of guys trying to impress them. She needs to wait and see if the guy is for real or just faking it to take advantage of her beauty. Models in particular try to stall sex so they can be sure of the guy’s value before sleeping with him.

Social exposure rate also applies to bromance friendships as well. High value guys tend to have their own social circle already, and are busy most of the time. At first you may meet him through a promoter friend. Then you see him again at a business event. Over time, you start to become more “ok” and familiar with that person. The “threat level” goes down and comfort is built. This is the best way, over time, to befriend high status guys who already have their own stable of women and riches.

In the show Entourage Dom was the 5th member but viewers hated the way him crashed into Vince’s life, too much exposure too soon. The writers had to write him off the show after that.

Quick Definition: Refers to women (and sometimes gay men) that have behavioral tendencies to try to elicit external validation. Usually this stems from a deeper issue related to their own insecurities.

Full Definition:

Everyone has a Facebook Friend that cries out for attention. “Look, I just made dinner!”. or, “work sucks today!”. Still, it is amazing to see betas cloud up the comments section when hot girls post irrelevant posts like, “Muslims should be banned” or “wow your so smart!” (typo intended). In addition to a total lack of intelligence, these girls cry out at all times for attention. As Heartiste describes:

A few of the most recognizable AWD symptoms,

• Revealing photos on FB crying out for thirsty man comments: “wow” etc
• Mentions of health issues: “Headache now…so painful” crying out for sympathy. Sympathy helps keep the attention pipeline flowing without any requirements for reciprocation.
• Mentions of work stress: “So busy!!” etc—same as above.
• Photos with new shit: new iPhone.
• Food they ate or cooked.

Feigning illness, mental or physical, is classic AWD behavior. So is exhibitionism. The cruel streak in an attention whore is evident when she acts indignant that you admired whatever naked body part she “accidentally” displays. Attention whores are selfish, narcissistic, often manic-depressive, and prone to cycles of angry blow-ups and pleas for tolerance. Generally, they prey on weak beta males who fear losing the pussy. Experienced men rarely get ensnared for long by the manipulations of ego-gluttonous attention whores.

Generally speaking, a master artist avoids AWDs at all costs. Sometimes, he may sleep with a 9 or 10 AWD, but he would never, ever date her because of the emotional drama that usually accompanies such a person.

Full Definition:

Every object in light casts a shadow. Often, things may go wrong or appear to be bad. There’s always a silver lining. For example, feminists may blame you for objectifying women. Silver lining: there are girls who are on your side who think the feminists have gone too far. Or you can be a political candidate with different fans. There will always be haters, and loyal fans if you do anything of significance in your life. So start embracing them.

Night club is full of lesbians? No problem. Hangout and learn to befriend girls. Work on you charisma and friendship skills. Whatever situation you are in, look for the shadow benefit if things seem bleak at first. Learning to reframe each situation to your advantage, is the mark of a winner. Examples:

What Is Style And Why Is It Important?

At its core, style is the external physical representation of your inner self. When a girl says a guy “looks stylish” what she usually means that he is great at expressing his personality traits visually. Thus, a gay guy or a girl can be considered “stylish”. When a man conveys style that hits any of the 8 core Style Attraction traits, he suddenly commands instant, first-glance power to attract any woman that sees him (assuming she likes men).

Why Should I Care About Style?

I’m not into clothes. I just wear what’s comfortable.

That’s probably what some guys are thinking.

I feel sorry for that guy, because he is missing out on one of the quickest, easiest, and most effective ways, to have women throwing themselves at him, before he says a single word.  See, when you’ve got your look together, interacting with women is so much easier.

Hell, you’ll be attracting smart, funny, beautiful women so often your friends will wonder if you’ve figured out some kind of magic spell.  You’ve heard the phrase, first impressions matter, right?  Well, with women this doesn’t even begin to cover it. See, a woman will size up a guy in just a few seconds. By the time he opens his mouth, she already knows whether or not she wants to ignore him, or give him her number…or even take him into the closest bathroom stall for some fun.  If you look good, you just have to shut up, and let her do the talking. And you’re almost guaranteed to walk away with a positive result, with no risk of rejection.

On the other hand, if you’re not instantly appealing to her, it’s an uphill battle to get her to even acknowledge your existence.

Wait… What About Men’s Magazines Like GQ, Esquire and Askmen.com?

Magazines and news are made to sell copies and sensationalize otherwise boring news. Thus, by nature they have to make up “tips” and “tricks” that contradict each other or spell out recycled ideas. Furthermore, they gravitate between looking “stylish” and “gentleman classy’, as opposed to a pure laser focus on dressing for sex and female attraction.

There are some useful tips in GQ and men’s magazines (plus, they have great editorial pictures of famous guys or cute girls), but it never comes together as a whole system to order to maximize fashion in order to attract really hot girls. Instead, they tell you buy expensive watches and clothes, brands that advertise in their magazine.

What is a Style Attraction Switch (SAS for short)?

A Style Attraction Switch (SAS) is a visual trigger that conveys pre-programmed biological interest in man’s core traits that will assist a woman in her DNA’s survival and replication mechanism. In other words, a guy who masters Style Attraction is conveying to women that he has strong biological value for her and her offspring. This triggers a spike of dopamine (pleasure reward) and serotonin (sexual desire) in her brain.

For example, one of the SAS triggers is “dominance”. Most people misunderstand dominance as authoritative or overbearing. Rather, dominance is an attractive switch that conveys a story about a man on his path, who understands his own boundaries and shows respect for the challenges ahead of him. To convey “dominance”, a guy can dress fitted, classy, stylish clothes, and have a type of hair cut that is sharp and organized. His body language and eye contact is in tune with his clothes, and his overall image is that of a well-groomed man.

Have you ever found yourself deeply in awe as an exceptionally beautiful, tight-dressed girl walks into a room? When a guy masters at least 3 out of 8 Style Attraction Switches, he creates the same male-version effect with women in the room.

Unlike men, most women will not sleep with a guy right away based on his looks alone. However, Attraction Fashion is also about conveyance and non-verbal communication. It makes her very interested in you, and allows a date, a phone call, or any interaction to go very smoothly in your favor.

A guy who masters Attraction Fashion gets phone numbers more often, texts returned more promptly, and dates escalating more intensely.

When you master Seduce With Style, your image combined with your sub-communications will display high social status that will impossible to ignore when you walk into any room. How Fast And How Many Girls Will I Attract Using Style Attraction?

Students of mine have reinvented their wardrobe, hairstyle and body language in a matter of 3 days, and seen immediate results. The sub-communications, facial expressions and body language changes will take more time, depending on the social level of the student.

Sexual Avatars, also known as Sexual Stereotypes, are archetypes of attractive guys found throughout culture. Just like guys, women often have specific “types” of guys that they find particularly attractive. If you can communicate through your style that you’re the type of guy they’re looking for, you can instantly get them attracted to you before you’ve even said a word.

Over time you will develop style sense and find out which stores fit your ideal look. For inexpensive and great men’s clothing designs and quality, take look at Target, Zara and H&M.

You can advance further by understanding how to convert style value points to actual social/attraction value. This allows you to gauge how much social value you get from your ideal girl type and compare that value to the clothing item price. This puts a strong disciplined process when you are shopping, and you will be ahead of 99% of the people out there who have no clue of this concept.

How Do I Know If I Have The Right or Wrong Look?

You will receive social pressure and feedback from everyone in your life when you first embark on an image change. Pay no attention to anyone except your target market: the girls you want. You can ask a girl at the mall for her honest opinion. You may be surprised at how often you will hear candid responses. I usually say, “Hey, I need your honest opinion on this [item] I’m trying to dress more attractively to women. You know you will never see me again. So, what are your real thoughts on this?”

How Do I Know If What I Am Wearing Is Attracting Hot Girls?

You will start to notice more girls glance at you when you walk around, and if you make eye contact with them, they will usually look down immediately, or hold eye contact for 1-2 seconds and then look down.

This social pressure will always be there and over time you will get used to it once you have internally crystallized the Style Attraction concepts.

When you go up and talk to girls, whether though a cold approach or social event, you will hear compliments about specific clothing pieces like, “that’s nice jacket” or “you look good with a skinny tie”. These compliments will come in consistently over and over again as long as you follow the SAS guidelines when dressing to go out.

Hotter girls have the same social pressure when they go out and among peer groups. Thus, they have to date guy who at least understand the style cues of her social circle. Otherwise, she will risk losing her social status and her friends. By dressing like a real man with style, you will be able to attract these type of girls because so few guys know how to. She will immediately know that you “get it” and you get an instant pass past her normal defense mechanisms for sleeping with and dating a guy. The hotter the girl is, the more likely she is attuned to social value and style communications of value. Therefore, as you master the principles of Style Attraction, getting hotter girls actually becomes easier because so few guys stand out at that level.

I Don’t look Like A Model And Am Not Sure I Can Pull It Off…

Guys are often attached to their egos, and that restricts them from stepping out of their comfort zone to pursue something new, even if that new thing is extremely beneficial to their lives. Understand that change is always accompanied by fear, but fear in of itself does not reflect the results of change, which can usually be quite rewarding.

Any guy can pull of Style Attraction Switches because they are artistic and conveyed through creativity. Yes, a guy who is shorter, or less “conventional” looking has less potential to create instant massive spark right away. However, in implement Style Switches he is still able to create a conveyance of his vibe and personality, which will attract girls when he first meets them.

Unlike learning game, which can take months to years, clothing changes are instant, taking at most a few days of shopping. Anyone with the proper guidance can pull it off and make a drastic and permanently positive change to their lives.

There are plenty of ugly dudes with hot women on their arms and in their beds. No, the real secret to creating instant sexual attraction with women… is knowing how to create the right look, with your clothes. From Tom Torero, who recently got outed for paying for a girl to act on camera to kiss him and other claims, guys are starting to distrust hyper-goals and wild promises.

Amid the winter snow in Japan to foreshadow the cold and somewhat sad announcement, Alexander (from RSD) today announced his retirement from RSD and his new journey into the next chapter of his life. An executive coach since 2008, Alex has run bootcamps, hotseats, and posted tons of value-add videos on YouTube via his RSD channel. I have personally attended one of Alex’s hotseats [notes here], seeing him in Jeffy’s pink “Beast mode” T-shirt, his “natural instinct” method teaches guys that “you are good enough”, and this mentality seeps through in his students and those that study his principles.

Quick Definition: Refers to the inability of a man to open up or show vulnerability as a human being after “playing the field” for too long

Full Definition:

Earlier on in the community, guys in the game have a tendency to see women as objects of conquest. And while one dimension of women is sexual, they are also human beings with flaws, feelings and insecurities. The ability to be vulnerable and real is the core foundation of any strong relationship.

In the film Meet Joe Black Brad Pitt’s character Death asks Quince a question about human love:

“What does it mean, to love someone?”

Players who have been in the game for a long time, including myself, have been known to develop a shield in learning game. We do this out of necessity – after several hundred rejections and dates and many relationships, the player develops the mindset of developing his skill set to garner sexual relationships with lots of women. As a man, he needs to do this. He requires this skill-set. Eventually, he may meet the right girl, but in his mind, in order to match her power and fulfill his own masculine destiny, he needs to grow into a man that can attract lots of other women. Only when this skill-set is acquired, can he then decide to date 1 girl, or many, as he pleases. The same way a man makes a decision based on everything that’s available, instead of taking only what limited options he has.

In developing his “player” experience, the artist soon realizes that he cannot maintain his mask or his shield without showing his vulnerable side. In fact, to get to mastery, many of the best seducers are also those that show their vulnerability the most and also suffer the most when girls leave.

The term “reverse-oneitis” refers to the guys who were unable to open up again after learning game. They’ve built up a shield to their inner heart. Not all PUAs are like this, and a man does not need to be a PUA to have reverse-oneitis, many normal guys have it too. Some argue that the exploration of psychology and the meditation arts actually open up the artist more to be in tune with his love life than others.
